Been doing this for years for high definition virtual tours Glad to see your professionalism going above and beyond the majority of "real estate professionals" Nice job! Here is an example we took for an Alabama real estate company. It was under contract in 15 day and sold in 40 days (last month) for just shy of asking price. Did I mention multiple offers?
NextStep Real Estate
Pictures are worth a 1,000 words :) Keep up the great work!

I love your photos. We had the same discussion with our client, http://thepalmira.com/ They had some really nice shots of the subdivision, but there were some in there that we just kind of blah. It didn't help there was a drought in San Antonio, so there was no green grass. But we thought it was better to have less photos that were beautiful than lots of photos that were just average. When they start building houses, I'll make sure they follow you advice! I know a good photo makes it or breaks it for me. When we looked for a home to buy, we didn't even bother looking at anything that didn't have photos.

Absolutely, high res helps. These days though almost everyone has the ability to take a high res shot Getting the exposure just right in difficult situations is where HDR helps. Tweaking can help with whats already there but if you don't have enough light info on the file, especially in the under exposed areas, you'll never have the info in the file to actually end up with a great shot.
That's really what this is about, going beyond what everyone does to stand out from the pack. High dynamic range can help you achieve the 'good lighting' even when you don't have great lighting, a good flash, or actual camera skills.

Good post. It's amazing how many realtors post complete junk into my MLS. Some people spend zero time and effort on even the basic stuff like photography.

On my website I make sure to go out of my way to get some good photos for my homepage. The click through rate on decent photos is phenominal!

HDR! Blew me away! It's so true that a good photo will draw much more attention to a listing. A great example of investing in your business. Great post!

A great post. I have hate it when Realtors take bad marketing photos. Here is an example of bad photos on my website. The agent could have used your HDR program.
