		<description>There are lots of great markets around the country but since that doesn&#039;t really make for great news, that&#039;s not going to be covered.  Decerning investors and homebuyers need to educate themselves in order to make a good decision.  Every market is different and needs to be examined independent of the national picture.

I can&#039;t believe the growth of some of these cities and seeing it graphed really shows what it means when they say &quot;housing bubble&quot;.
